Industry-disrupting application streamlining.
I recently applied for additional life insurance and was told I needed to complete a health questionnaire. The customer service agent actually discouraged using the online application, citing submission issues and usability problems—and instead recommended mailing me a paper form.
With that as our competition, Pacific Life Workforce Benefits brought me in to design a user-friendly digital application for life insurance—and the underwriting platform to power it.
I spoke with the broker and she gave us major kudos for the EOI process... best she's experienced in the last 20 years.
